Review of the diagnostic methods of Barrett's esophagus

近年来,食管腺癌的发病率明显增高,Barrett食管是食管腺癌的重要癌前病变。提高Barrett食管的诊断水平,为及早治疗及干预其向食管腺癌的发展具有重要的意义。此文就目前对Barrett食管的认识及其新技术在Barrett食管诊断中的应用作一综述。

As increases in the incidence of esophageal carcinoma have been reported in western countries, the diagnose of Barrett＇s esophagus, a precursor of esophageal adenocarcinoma, is much higher valued nowadays, which plays a pivotal role in the preventation to carcinoma. The definition and development in diagnosis are reviewed in this article.
