Clinical trial present situation of hepatocyte transplantation

肝细胞移植被认为是一种有前景的治疗方法。它可作为桥梁治疗,使肝衰竭患者等到供体肝脏,另一方面对遗传性肝脏代谢性疾病,可通过新分离的肝细胞或基因修正的肝细胞做肝脏直接的基因治疗。此文对近年来人体肝细胞移植的临床试验进行了回顾。

Hepatocyte transplantation is considered a promising treatment. It can be used as a bridge to liver transplantation in liver failure patients waiting for donor liver, as well as the direct gene therapy for the patients of inherited metabolic liver disease using the isolated or gene- modified hepatoeyte. Clinical trials of hepatocyte transplantation were reviewed in this paper.
