摘要
提出一种模型,其任务是在满足安全约束的条件下,确定何时、何地,新建多少线路以满足各阶段电网负荷增长的需要,同时使建设费用、运行费用和网损费用最小。尝试将合作协同进化算法与IMPSO算法结合,应用于多阶段多目标的电力系统规划问题,在各阶段中采用IMPSO算法多目标优化,各阶段之间通过合作协同算法根据各约束条件进行协调。与常规算法比较,在算例分析与实际应用中取得了较好的效果。
This paper points out a model whose task is to make sure that when, where and how many wires should be built to satisfy the increasing load on different stages, and the same time to make the lowest charge of building, function and break on the condition of satisfying security restriction. The cooperative coevolutionary algorithm combined with IMPSO is applied to solve the multi-stage and multi-objective transmission systems planning.Sub-stage which is optimized by IMPSO coevolves with other sub-stages through the constraint conditions. Compared with normal algorithm, it can give better results in examples and applications.
