电力操作票专家系统的研究与实现

在电力系统的运行中,倒闸操作必须做到安全可靠。利用操作票专家系统自动开票不仅能提高操作票的正确率,而且可以确保操作票执行过程的规范化。本文介绍一种操作票生成系统的组成、设计与实现。本系统中融合了专家系统理论,开发调度操作票专家系统,在实现过程中采用模块化设计并分别实现。该系统通过网络通信方式将与SCADA系统共享实时数据。

Switching device must be secure and credible in power system .Creating the right switch sequence in expert system can not only improve the correctness , but also achieve normative performing of operating order sheet ..This paper introduces the composition, design and realization of formation system of switching sequences ticket. The system combines the ES theory to develop dispatching operation instructions ES. During the course of realizing, it applys module to design. The system can share the real - time data with the SCADA system and also get the status and operating information of the equipment on site at substations by means of internet work communication.
