摘要
通过分析3起微机保护异常动作的原因,发现微机保护装置内采用的密封继电器,由于厂家制造质量差或选型不准,运行单位也无这些中间继电器的调试规程和调试手段,给系统的安全稳定运行带来了严重隐患。提出了一些解决的建议。
Through analyzing the reasons of three microcomputer protection unusual movement, this paper discovers the microcomputer protective device used sealed relay, because the factory manufacturing quality bad or the shaping does not permit, the run unit also does not have these intermediate relay's debugging regulations and the debugging method, has brought the serious hidden danger for system's security steady operation. Some countermeasures are proposed.
