摘要
继电保护故障信息管理系统在电网发生故障时,能及时把远方变电站的继电保护动作情况和录波波形传送到省调主站,为调度人员和继电保护人员进行分析事故、调度决策,提供强有力的技术支持。但由于故障信息系统管理了海量的保护和录波装置,当实际的故障发生时,这些装置向主站传送巨量的信息,从中挑选有用的信息非常困难。通过对不同设备信息特性的分析,从信息的传送、存储到最终信息展现各个环节提出了改进措施,以便让实际使用人员能够从成千上万条信息中快速获取最重要的信息,从而极大地提高了故障信息系统的友好性及实用性。
While grid faults, automatic management information system of protective relaying and fault recorder can send relay actions and fault waves of distant substation to province dispatch center in time. It provides the strong support for dispatcher and relay operator to analyze the grid accident and make the dispatch decision. But it is difficult to select the useful data from a mass of information which the system manages. This paper analyses the characteristic of different device and proposes the improving measures on every aspect such as data transfer, data store and data display. In this way, the users of the system can get the most important data from the huge information easily, so it greatly improves the friendship and practicality of the system.
