摘要
通过计算分析贵州主网及地区电网解列后产生高频和低频低压问题,提出了地区电网孤网运行的安全稳定多级控制措施:连锁切机、高频切机、低频低压减载、OPC与其他措施的协调配合等,并给出了电网连锁切机、高频切机、低频低压减载等配置方案,对确保贵州电网及地区电网解列后孤网安全控制和稳定运行起到关键性作用。
Through calculating analysis of bringing high-frequency or low-frequency and low-voltage problem after separation of Guizhou power grid and area power grid, this paper presents multi-level security and stability control measures of solitary area power grid operation and the corresponding configuration scheme is given. It plays a key role to ensure security control and stable operation of the isolated grid after separation of Guizhou power grid and area power grid.
