影响萼花臂尾轮虫种群增长的生态学因子的研究──光照的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用种群累积培养法,在控温32℃条件下,分别用蛋白核小球藻(Chlorellapyrenoidosa)和啤酒酵母(Saccharomycescarlsbergensis)作为饵料,研究了有无光照和不同光照强度对萼花臂尾轮虫(Brachionuscalyciflorus)种群增长的影响。结果表明,光照对该轮虫的种群增长具有极显著的影响(F>F(0.01),P<0.01),即有光照组轮虫的种群密度极显著地高于无光照组;但在本实验设计范围内,光照强度的变化(100—12000lX)对该轮虫的种群增长无显著影响。因此,光照对该轮虫的培养是必要的。 Studies on the effect of light and light intensity on the population dynamics of Brachionus calyciflorus fed with Chlorella pyrenoidosa and Saccharoices carlsbergensis separately were conducted with batch culture method under the controlled temperature of 32℃. The results show that light has very remarkable influence on the population growth of the rotifer (F>F0.01, p<0,01 ). The population growth of the rotifer cultured in light was greater than that cultured in the dark. But the effect of light intensity variation has not been discovered in the lilumination range of 100-120001x.
