江西省防汛计算机信息系统的进展与展望

THE ADVANCE AND EXPECTATION OF FLOOD CONTROL COMPUTER INFORMATION SYSTEM IN JIANGXI PROVINCE

简介了建网前江西省防汛抗旱工作的自动化情况，说明了组建全省防汛计算机网的必要性，规划了该工程的建设步骤、分期目标，确立了网络设计原则。采用了Ｉｎｔｒａｎｅｔ技术，并介绍了自主开发的水雨情检索与网络卫星云图处理。也介绍了该项目在实施过程中遇到的主要问题及解决办法。

It is a brief introduction to automation of flood control and drought-relief measures before the establishment of computer network system in Jiangxi Province.It explains the necessity of making a network system all through Jiangxi to control flood,programmes the constructive steps for the project and objective by stages,establishes the principle of network-designing.Intranet techniques are adopted in this system.It also introduces the system developed by us about the inquire of information on rain and river and the dealing with the satellite cloud charts on the network.It discusses the main difficulties met with in the process of implementation and the solutions to these problems.
