摘要 聚乙烯塑料薄膜是人们不可缺少的生产、生活资料,它与人们的生产、生活息息相关,也是社会发展和进步的具体体现,由于长时期大量依赖性越来越大的使用薄膜,聚乙烯塑料薄膜危害逐渐从量的积累引起质的变化,已在世界范围内给人类造成了严重后果。 This article introduced a kind of master-batch for plastics of controllable bio-degradation, the masterbatch was prepared based on a type of low molecular weight hydrocarbon as biodegradation agent, a thermal oxidative degradation promoter as biodegradation promoter, and a kind of catalyst as enzyme activating agent.The blow moulding film manufactured based on polyethylene containing 20 wt% of this master-batch had been tested by the Inspection Center of Liaoning Environmental Protection Bureau, the results showed that the rate of weight loss of the biodegraded film was 6.0%~6.8% on 28 days exposure in environment while retention rate of breaking elongation of the biodegraded was 0%.The degraded rate would be improved significantly if the amount of used master-batch was up to 40%.The same biodegradation effect was seen in the results of degradation of foamed fast-food tableware made from polystyrene contained 30%~40% of master-batch.
