直肠癌保肛术吻合口漏的预防与处理

Prevention and Management of Anastomotic Leakage Following the Preserving-anus Operation for Rectal Carinoma

为探讨直肠癌保肛手术后吻合口漏的预防及处理方法，对保肛手术后13例吻合口漏患者采取保守治疗肛门，方法为置管及经盆腔局部引流冲洗，抗生素合理应用，营养支持；2例行结肠造口。结果显示，全部病例均治愈。无死亡病例，愈合时间7-86d，平均21d。结果表明，直肠癌保肛手术后吻合口漏大部分可通过保守治疗治愈。

For the objective of exploring prevention and management of anastomotic leakage following the preserving-anus operation for rectal carcinoma authors performed the conservation therapy for 13 anastomotic leakage patients underwent the preserving anus operation,i, e catheterization via anus,local drainage and irrigation via pelvic cavity,rational use of antibiotics and nutrition support, 2 cases of them received colonic stoma. Results showed that all the cases were cured, no cases died from the operation; their healing time were 7-86days, averaged 21 days. These results show that the majority of anastomostic leakage following the preserving-anus operation for rectal carcinoma could be cured by using conservation therapy.
