PPH治疗脱垂性内痔的术后处理

The Management after the Treatment of Prolapsed Internal Hemorrhoids with PPH

为提高PPH治疗脱垂性内痔的疗效，减少术后复发，降低并发症的发生率，对行PPH治疗的58例患者进行了术前术后护理。术前护理包括心理护理、皮肤准备、PP液坐浴、饮食控制、肠道准备；术后护理包括术后一般护理，术后对疼痛、尿潴留、饮食、排便的护理，出院指导。结果显示，本组58例患者54例术后内痔完全回缩，4例于2周后痔萎缩。56例对该手术效果满意，满意率为97%。结果表明，对PPH治疗脱垂性内痔术前、术后进行相关护理，可以提高临床效果，降低并发症的发生率。

For the objective of enhancing curative effects, reducing postoperative recurrence, decreasing complications,58 patients undergone PPH received special nursing（before and after treatment）. Pre-opera tive nursing included psychological nursing, skin preparation, PP solution sitz bath, diet control, intestine preparation;postoperative nursing included general nursing and the nursing for pain, urinary stasis, diet and defecation,and discharge direction. As results,in 54 of 58 patients their hemorrhoids were of completely retraction,in other 4 cases were of atrophy later 2 weeks after the operation;56 patients satisfied to operative outcome, satisfactory rate was 97%. Results show that performing special nursing before and after PPH for prolapsed internal hemorrhoids could enhance clinical effects and reduce incidence of complications.
