中心静脉穿刺导丝在寻找肛瘘内口中的应用

Application of Guide-wire of Central Venous Puncture in Finding for Internal Opening of Anal Fistula

为探讨寻找肛瘘内口的新方法，对38例肛瘘患者使用中心静脉穿刺导丝替代探针寻找肛瘘内口，分析其可行性、成功率、并发症及优缺点。结果显示，38例患者除1例寻找失败外，其余均获成功。结果表明，在寻找肛瘘内口中应用中心静脉穿刺导丝，具有经济、方便、避免形成假瘘道或假内口、节约资源等优点。

For the objective of probing into a new method of finding for the endo-orifice of anal fistula,au thor adopted the guide-wire of central venous puncture instead of the probe to find for the opening,and ob served its feasibility, achievement rate, complication and advandages, as well shortcomings. As results, ex cept one case 38 cases obtained success by using this method. Results show that this method has such as e conomy, convenience, saving resource and preventing the formation of pseudo-channal or pseudo-internal o pening, etc advantages.
