血管内皮生长因子与子宫内膜癌关系的研究进展

摘要 子宫内膜癌是妇科最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,近年来发病率呈上升趋势,严重威胁着妇女的生命健康。血管生成是从血管前体网络系统形成新的血管,为进展性肿瘤生长与转移所必需,并在控制肿瘤的进展中成为关卡。血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)是迄今为止发现的生物学活性最强烈的促肿瘤血管形成因子,本文综述其在子宫内膜癌中的表达、调节及在治疗上可能发挥的作用。
