Process Measures Suggested for Improving Microstructures and Properties of V-Containing Hi-Cr Cast Irons

摘要 论述了w(V)在5%~10%的高铬铸铁的组织和性能,其中3C-10Cr~10V*合金的抗磨性是3C-17Cr-3Mo合金的2倍。对含V高铬铸铁进行变质处理可进一步改善其组织和抗磨性能:加Ti可使VC球化;加RE可使碳化物细化;RE和Ti都加效果会更好。 The microstructures and properties of high chromium white cast irons containing 5%-10% V were described and discussed. As one of these irons, the 3%C-10%Cr-10%V alloy has the abrasion resistance as high as two times of that of the 3%C-17%Cr-3%Mo alloy. The mierostructure and abrasion resistance of V-containing high chromium cast irons can be further improved by modifying treatment. The vanadium carbide can be nodularized by adding small amount of titanium, the carbide can become more fine by adding rare earth, and the effect obtained by adding both titanium and rare earth will be even better.
