提高水玻璃砂表面稳定性的试验研究

摘要 水玻璃砂中加入一种以小麦粉为稳定剂的WY-06添加剂,可提高CO2硬化水玻璃砂型(芯)的强度及表面稳定性,防止水玻璃砂型(芯)表面产生"白霜"及粉化而引起铸件夹砂类缺陷。对这种WY-06添加剂的作用作了简单介绍。 By adding a WY-06 additive with wheat flour as the stabilizing agent into the CO2 hardened sodium silicate bonded sand, the strength of the sand could be increased, its surface stability could be improved so that the so-called"white frost"formation on the surface of sodium silicate sand molds or cores, as well as the pulverization of the sand surface which would cause the scab defect could be avoided. The WY-06 additive was introduced briefly.
