摘要
对随流孕育装置进行改进:手动给料改为自动给料、振动给料改为双螺旋给料,在孕育剂储存斗入口处添加4mm×4mm和2mm×2mm两层过滤网,并设置限位开关和报警铃,同时在压缩空气系统上增加干燥器和减压阀。使用结果表明:随流孕育能稳定地进行,当随流孕育加入量在0.15%时,厚大件、中件、小件的转包孕育量分别降为0.2%、0.3%和0.4%;E型石墨完全消除,白口基本消失。
The stream inoculation device was improved including: manual feeding was changed into automatic feeding; vibrating feeder was changed into double spiral feeder; the entrance of the inoculant hopper was equipped with two layers of filter nets, inoculant level-limit switch and alarm device; the compressed air system was equipped with air drier and pressure redactor. As the result, the stream inoculation could be carried out stably, and when the stream inoculant amount was of 0.15%, the reladling inoculant amounts were reduced to 0.2%,0.3% and 0.4% respectively for the heavy, medium and small castings, and the E-type graphite was avoided, chilling was also eliminated.
