测井事故的认识及处理工艺

COGNITION OF A WELL LOGGING ACCIDENT AND TREATMENT PROCESS

测井仪器和电缆在井下遇卡，在地球物理测井中是经常发生的。电缆测井事故能否得到恰当处理不仅髭．响事故处理费用的多少，有时甚至可能关系到一口井的成败，因此测井仪器解卡打捞工艺是测井作业的重要组成部分。测井作业的打捞作业分为两大范畴：一是裸眼打捞，二是套管内打捞。落鱼形状分为管状物及绳状物。解卡打捞工作必须准确掌握：井况数据、落鱼情况、打捞工具组合、鱼头情况等。本文结合测井事故的处理情况，认为机械原因、钻井液性能和人为原因是造成电缆测井事故的主要原因，并介绍了常见测井事故的工具配备及处理工艺。

Logging tools and wireline sticking downhole offen occur in geophysical well logging.Wbether a wireline logging accident can be treated properly does not only impact on the cost,but also on success or failure of a well.Therefore,logging tool stuck-releasing and fishing tech- nology is an important part of well logging.Fishing operation is divide into two kinds:one is open hole fishing,the other is casing fishing. Falling fish shapes are divided into tubular and rope substances.The following conditions must be controlled accurately in stuck-releasing and fishing job:well data,falling fish condition,fishing tool combination and fish head,etc.Acording to the accident treatment cases,it is considered that mechanism trouble,drilling fluid performance and man-made factors are the main cause of accidents in wireline logging. The paper introduces tool disposition and treating process in common well logging accidents.
