摘要
幸福是人的根本的总体需要得到某种程度的满足所产生的愉悦状态。揭示教师教育生活幸福感的构成,并从教师教育生活的实际出发,探究满足教师教育生活幸福感的方式,在理论上有助于增进人们对教师教育生活的理解,在实践上有助于增进教师教育生活的幸福和学生教育生活的幸福。教师教育生活的幸福感主要由健康感、自主感、公正感、道德感、成就感、融洽感、归宿感构成。满足和增强教师教育生活的幸福感,应采取减轻教师工作负担、促进教育的均衡发展、减少对教育教学活动的外在干预和实行民主化的学校管理、建设纯粹化师生关系等措施。
The satisfaction of happiness in teachers' educational life mainly comes from their awareness of healthiness,independence,fairness,morality,successfulness,harmoniousness,and sense of belonging.For this reason,it's suggested that decreasing reasonably workload on teachers,encouraging balanced development in education,decreasing outside interference imposing on educational activity and practicing democratic management in school,additionally setting up every probable measurements aiming at a rational relationship between teachers and students,which will all be helpful to enforce teacher's happiness in his or her educational life.
