介绍一种新型的可提高挤压速度的铝挤压模具技术,即蝶形模具的设计与制造技术。蝶形模具的圆形分流桥总是中心部位较低,用来减少突破挤压力,并帮助金属流入中心进料口;蝶形模具的分流桥被弯成弓形,以帮助金属绕流它们然后焊合在一起。蝶形模具正日益吸引那些寻求更高挤压速度和较低突破挤压力的挤压生产者们的注意力,是一种有发展前景的铝合金空心型材的组合模技术,有较大的推广应用价值。
The rounded bridges of the butterfly die are always lowered in the centre to reduce the impact pressare and help the alloy to flow into the central feedings. The butterfly die in which the bridges are arched to aid metal flow arotmd them and then combine are increasingly attracting the interest of press operators looking for higher extrusion speeds and lower impact loads.
