摘要 促红细胞生成素(erythropoietin,EPO)主要是由肾脏产生的一种糖蛋白,用于调节红细胞的生成,它的缺乏导致贫血。重组促红细胞生成素(rHuEPO)治疗慢性肾衰引起的贫血是有效的和安全的。本文就促红细胞生成素的生理功能、临床应用和进展予以综述。 Erythropoietin（EPO） is a kind of glycoprotein hormone, mainly produced by the kidney in the adult, which regulates red cell production. Lack of EPO leads to anemia. Treatment with recombinant human EPO （rHuEPO） is effective and safe in improving the management of the anemia associated with chronic renal failure. This paper summarizes the physiological function, clinical application and advancement of EPO.
