慢性肾衰50例的中西医结合治疗与护理观察体会

目的观察中西医结合治疗与护理慢性肾衰的临床疗效。方法对50例患者在中西常规治疗基础上,均予以重视基础护理、心理护理及饮食服药指导,并加强药物的疗效及病情观察等。结果50例患者中显效15例,好转33例,无效2例。结论中西医结合治疗与护理慢性肾衰疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods Based on conventional treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine to 50 patients, it is necessary to pay attention to basic nursing, psychological nursing and diet or medicine guide, and strengthen the drug efficacy and observe the disease. Results Of 50 cases 15 cases had a marked effect, improved 33 cases, no effect 2 cases. Conclusion The effect is significant in the treatment of chronic renal failure through integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
