摘要
用乙二醇单丁醚对TDI-三聚体进行了改性,试验表明,反应的-NCO/-OH投料物质的量比控制在10∶1左右可以得到性能优良的TDI-三聚体,该合成方法可以采用混合溶剂,降低生产成本。用红外光谱(FTIR)、凝胶色谱(GPC)对改性物结构进行了表征。改性TDI-三聚体和羟基树脂有极好的相容性,可以很好地与羟基丙烯酸树脂配漆成膜。用SEM对涂膜做了表面分析,由涂膜性能检测可知:随三聚体改性程度的加深,涂膜干燥时间延长,硬度降低,但涂膜的耐冲击性能提高。
Modifying TDI-trimer by glycol butyl ether gives TDI-trimer with excellent property, suitable ratio of reacted -NCO/ -OH and feeding substance being 10:1. Mix solvent can be used to reduce manufacture cost. FTIR and GPC methods are used to token the structure of modified product, showing that modified TDI-trimer is well compatible to hydroxyl resin and, together with hydroxyl acrylic resin, can be used to make coatings. SEM method is used to analyze the film surface and test the film property of coatings, showing that, with the increase of modifying degree, drying time of the film is prolonged, hardness is decreased and impact resistance is improved.
