脂肪族铵基盐缓蚀剂的合成与性能研究

摘要 以脂肪酸(月桂酸、硬脂酸)和二乙烯三胺为原料,采用真空脱水法制备具有咪唑啉环状结构化合物中间体,采用氯乙酸钠、氯化苄溶液对中间体进行季铵亲水处理,制备具有咪唑啉环结构的脂肪族铵盐。采用FT-IR对制备的中间体与铵盐进行了结构表征,通过失重法和电化学方法对所合成新型咪唑类表面活性剂进行了缓蚀性能测试。 Using fatty acid (such as dodecylic acid and stearic acid) and diethylene triamine as raw materials, we have prepared compound intermediate with imidazoline cyclic structure through the method of vacuum dehydration, and then using sodium chloroacetate and benzyl chloride solution, treat the intermediate to quaternary ammonium hydrophiling and prepare aliphatic ammonium salt with imidazoline cyclic structure. FT-IR method is used to token the structure of the intermediate and the ammonium salt; and weight loss method and electrochemical method are used to test the corrosion inhibiting performance of the new imidazoline surfactant.
