摘要
简要介绍了新型氟碳降温涂料的设计原理、试验配方及工艺。讨论了涂料树脂、中空微珠、红外辐射添加剂、配套涂层的选择及对涂料性能影响。通过性能测试、对比试验,结果表明,该涂料具有良好的降温效果。
The paper introduces the design principle, experiment formula and technology of the new fluorocarbon coatings for temperature-lowering; discusses the selection and influence of resin, hollow microsphere, IR radiation additive and compatible coatings. Performance test, simulated experiment and comparison show that the coatings are of good temperature-lowering efficiency.
