从机体自稳态探讨肾精本质与DNA调控 被引量:3

摘要 机体在生命活动过程中保持自身稳定,即自稳态,是生物生长发育、保持物种稳定和基本特征的必备条件。现代医学认为,遗传物质DNA对其发挥着重要调控作用。而中医学认为,肾精是调控人体生长发育、生殖繁衍的重要物质,在维持机体稳定中发挥重要作用。因此,本文拟就肾精与DNA在维持自稳态的相关研究作一探讨,并对肾精遗传机制的研究提出设想,为自稳态提供了便捷的研究新方法。 The self-stable state is the essentical condition for the growth, stability and feature maintaining of species. In western medicine, DNA is regarded to play an important role in the maintenance of self-stable state. But in TCM, Kidney essence, controlling reproduction and growth, plays an important role in self-stable state. In this paper, we reviewed the researches about Kidney essence and DNA in maintaining self-stable state, and proposed a heredity mechanism of Kidney essence which can provide a new method to study the self-stable state.
