摘要
主要对板簧的纵扭变形进行分析。得出板簧纵扭时不存在固定不变的转动中心(不动点)的结论,该中心的高低随施加的纵扭力矩大小而变化,而且其位置与板簧的刚度和片长有关。由于该中心位置的变化范围有限,并且可以得到控制,所以提出了一些减小纵扭干涉的具体措施。从而在设计阶段便可以使制动跑偏问题得到有效控制。
Mainly analyses about longitudinal torsion distortion of leaf spring,obtains a conclusion that the fixed revolution center doesn't exist when the leaf spring longitudinal torsion happens.The height of this center is changes with the longitudinal torsion changes,and its position is related with the stiffness and length of leaf spring.Since the position changing range is limited,and can be controlled,so gives out some detailed measures that can reduce longitudinal torsion interfere,so that can make valid control of brake deflection and etc during design step.
