摘要
文中从五方面讨论了宝鸡地区硫酸渣资源、综合利用现状及发展前景,介绍了以氧化脱硫、磁化焙烧,湿式磁选工艺获得含硫、磷低,铁品位高符合冶金工业用矿要求铁精矿粉,以及由其经改性硫酸焙烧直接生产氧化铁红颜料工艺原理及应用前景。
The state and the developing prospect about resource and its comprehensive utilization of sulfuric acid slay in Baoji area have been studied from five sides. The process route that obtaining therefined iron ore has both high total iron grade and reduced content of sulfur and phosphorous hasbeen introduced by means of oxidation desulfurate, magnetic roast and wet magnetic separationfrom sulfuric acid slay. Meanwhile, the process principle and utilization prospect of prepucingiron oxide red pigmeants have also studied from the refinde iron ore by modified sulfuric acidroast. The work spread will obtain obvious economic effect and will also reduce the environmentcontamination, this will open up an new path about the comprehensive use of sulfuric acid slay.
