教育装备成本效益足从经济学角度对教育装备管理、使用、维护的全面考察，有助于教育装备管理部门了解和掌握教育装备的成本与效益状况，为教育部门在经费投入时提供决策参考。本文从研究现状、理论基础和研究框架三个维度阐述教育装备成本研究的内容和方法。

The cost effectiveness of educational equipment is a comprehensive inspection on management, use and maintenance of educational equipment from the economics perspective, and is helpful to educational equipment management departments to understand and master the cost -effectiveness of status of education equipment, providing input decision-making for the education sector. This paper research on the content and methods of educational equipment costs from the three dimensions： the research literature on the status quo, the theoretical foundation and framework.
