摘要
构建社会主义和谐社会理念的出台对我国公共财政体制改革的进一步完善与深化具有重要的理论意义和实践价值,对公共财政体制改革中存在的难题与瓶颈提供了开创性的改革思路,为我国今后公共财政体制改革指明了方向。
Building a harmonious society is of theoretical and practical value to further improving and deepening public finance restructuring in China. It offers initiatives for difficulties and bottlenecks, demonstrating direction for future reforms.
