摘要
针对国内外计算机技术、网络技术与多媒体技术的最新研究成果及在教育领域中的应用，结合现代教育技术的特点及认知学理论的最新成就，提出了一个面向２１世纪培养未来人才的开放式多媒体网络教学系统的具体构想。
In the light of recent achievements in researching computer, network and multimedia techniques, combining modern technological characteristics, the concrete conception of open multimedia network system being geared to the 21st century for training talent persons is put forward. The created teaching characteristics, teaching mode and workable methods are discussed.
