珙桐果核形态变异与结籽率相关性的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 2006年在对卧龙和绵竹两个种群珙桐果核形态变异和结籽率相关性研究的基础上,2007年进一步分析了卧龙种群珙桐果核形态变异的来源、单株珙桐果核形态变异和结籽率。结果表明:2006年卧龙种群果核长/直径的比值与结籽率呈低度负相关,r=-0.457;绵竹种群果核长/直径的比值与结籽率呈微弱负相关,r=-0.188。Gini系数分析表明卧龙种群内珙桐果核的形态变异主要来源于单株间,这可能是由遗传因素引起的。卧龙种群内单株间结籽率存在差异,形成这种差异的主要原因可能是花粉限制。 Chinese dovetree (Davidia) ,which is listed as one of the National First-class state-protected species in China, is the relict of atertiary paleotropical kingdom and a rare species to China. It belongs to Nyssaceae. Low seed set is one of important factors threaten the survival of Davidia. The correlations between morphological variation and mean seed set of dovetree stones in Wolong population and Mianzhu population in 2006 were studied. There was a low negative correlation between length/diameter and mean seed set of Davidia stones collected from Wolong population, r= -0. 457 ;while there was a weak negative correlation between length/diameter and mean seed set of Davidia stones collected from Wolong population,r = -0. 188. Gini Coefficient analysis showed that the morphological variation of stones in Wolong population mainly came from the variation of interplants, which was perhaps caused by genetic factor. There were significant differences of mean seed set of stones among interplants, which were perhaps caused by pollen limitation.
