摘要
目的探索农村地区留守小学生生活质量的个人与家庭相关影响因素,为制定干预策略提供参考依据。方法采用多阶段分层抽样抽取河南省农村地区留守小学生419名,抽取非留守小学生410名作为对照,运用儿童少年生活质量量表和自制的儿童、家庭情况调查表进行问卷调查,采用Logistic回归对2组小学生进行生活质量影响因素分析。结果农村留守小学生的性别、年龄、外伤经历、家庭经济水平、学习成绩、健康状况、父母关心学习、与父母交流频率及沟通状况9个变量入选,除前3者外均为保护因素;与留守小学生相比,非留守小学生与父母交流频率及沟通状况2个变量未入选,但父母文化程度与自感压力3个变量入选方程。结论相对非留守小学生,与父母交流频率及沟通状况更影响留守小学生的生活质量。
Objective To study the influential factors to the quality of life of left behind children in countryside, and to provide scientific bases for establishing intervention policy. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 419 left behind children and 410 control children sampled by the muhistage stratified sampling method with Pupils and Adolescents Quality of Life Scale and the self-filed questionnaire. Influential factors were set as variables of pupils'quality of life ; the scores of variables were analyzed by use of logistical regression model. Results Gender, age, trauma-experience, family economic status, learning achievement, heahh condition, parents' concern with their children's study, communication frequency with parents and the situation nf parent-child communication of left behind children were selected for the logistic equation. The later two factors were not selected for the logistic equation of control group while parental education degree and self-psychological pressure were selected. Conclusion Compared with the control group, the QOL of the left behind children is influenced by communication frequency with parents and specially the situation of parent-child communication.
