新型农村合作医疗信息系统的设计与应用

The design and application of new rural cooperative medical service information system

目的利用现代计算机技术,实现新型农村合作医疗业务管理信息化。方法针对新型农村合作医疗制度及实际工作业务流程进行研究,依据卫生部颁布的新型农村合作医疗信息系统管理规范以及医院信息系统基本功能规范的要求和标准,采用基于.net环境下的三层架构、稳定的大型数据库、安全的中间层等技术构建应用系统,并从需求分析、系统设计、功能设计及系统评价等角度对应用系统进行阐述。结果建立以中心层、保障层、应用层、数据层、基础平台为基本架构的新型农村合作医疗信息系统。结论新型农村合作医疗信息系统界面友好和易用性,功能完善,技术架构先进,扩展灵活性强,安全机制严密,能满足县级新型农村合作医疗管理中心利用该系统管理日常的农村合作医疗管理业务。

Objective To achieve the business management informationization in the new rural cooperative medical system by means of modern computer technology. Methods The research was conducted in view of the new rural cooperatives medical service system and the occupational activities procedure in practical work,on the basis of the new rural cooperative medical service information system management standard （published hy Ministry of Health of the People＇s Republic of China） as well as the hospital information system basic function standard demand and related standard. The application system was constructed which was accordance with the. net environment under three technical construction,stable large scale database,safe intermediate level and so on. The application system was explained in views of demand analysis, system design, functional design and system appraisal. Results The new rural cooperatives medical service system was established which is basically composed of center layer,assurance layer,application layer,data layer,and the underlaying platform. Conclusion The new rural cooperative medical information system is character istic of friendly interface, convenience, perfect function, advanced engineering configuraton, flexible expansion, and exact safety, a vailable for daily rural cooperative medical management of business by the county graded new rural cooperative medical system management center.
