摘要
目的建立健全公民健康档案,以完善我国公共卫生和医疗服务体系、加强疾病防治和预防保健等工作。方法分析了我国个人健康档案相关标准研究现状,包括个人健康数据中心数据结构标准、数据标准、数据采集标准、数据传输标准等。结果建立一个示范中心,覆盖三级医院、二级医院、一级医院、社区卫生服务中心和健康体检中心等不同医疗卫生机构。结论对于一个完善个人健康信息系统,应该在时间上涵盖个体从出生到死亡、在内容上涵盖从预防接种到疾病诊治与转归等医学健康行为的数据标准、数据管理标准。
Objective To establish and improve all citizen＇s healthcare records, so as to consummate China＇s public healthcare system and medical service system,and strengthen the control and prevention of diseases and preventive health care. Methods The status of individual healthcare record related standards （including data structure standards for individual health data center, data standards,data collection standards,data transfer standards,and so on） was analyzed and evaluated. Results It was necessary to establish the demonstration center which could cover Grade Ⅲ hospital,Grade Ⅱ hospital,Grade-Ⅰ hospltal,community health serw ice center,health examination center and other medical and health institutions. Conclusion A perfect individual heahhcare information system should cover the medical health of the data standards and data management standards,in terms of time covering the individual from birth to death,the contents ranging from vaccination to disease diagnosis and treatment,as well as prognosis.
