摘要
利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取绣线菊挥发油,用GC-MS进行测定,结合计算机检索技术对分离的化合物进行结构鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。共分离出59个化学成分(检出率为91%),鉴定出46个,其中相对百分含量大于2%的分别确定为棕榈酸(palmitic aci,20.41%),肉豆蔻酸(myristic acid,10.78%)亚麻酸(linoleic acid,6.02%),十五烷酸(pentadecylic acid,5.11%),9-十六碳烯酸(9-hexadecenoic acid,3.42%),6,10,14-三甲基-2-十五烷酮(6,10,14-trimethyl-2-pentadecanone,3.41%),壬醛(Nonanal,2.99%),亚油酸(oleic acid,2.98%),正己醇(1-hexanol,2.95%),月桂酸(lauric acid,2.13%)。
The chemical compositions of the volatile oil from Spiraea japonica L. f. obtained by steam distillation with hexane were analyzed by GC-MS. The constituents were identified on the basis of mass spectra. The relative percentage of the oil constituents was calculated from the GC peak areas. Fifty-nine kinds of chemical constituents in Spiraea japonica L. f. were separated, accounting for 91% of the total oil, of which forty-six compounds were characterized. The relative contents that above 2% were identified as palmitic acid (20.41%) ,myristic acidl (0.78%) ,hnoleic acid (6.02%) , pentadecylic acid ( 5.11% ) ,9-hexadecenoic acid ( 3.42% ) , 6,10,14-trimethyl-2-pentadecanone ( 3.41% ), nonanal (2.99%) ,oleic acid (2.98%) ,1-hexanol (2.95%) ,lauric acid (2.13%).
