摘要
本文用反相高效液相色谱法测定垫状卷柏药材中的穗花杉双黄酮。选用Purospher star RP-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(65:35)为流动相,流速为O.8mL/min,检测波长337nm,柱温25℃进行检测。结果显示,穗花杉双黄酮的含量在0.038—0.342μg范围内时进样量与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为101.2%,RSD为2.3%(n=6)。该方法测定垫状卷柏药材中的穗花杉双黄酮含量灵敏、准确、重现性好。
In this paper we established a RP-HPLC method for the amentoflavone in Selaginella pulvinate and determined the quantity of amentoflavone. The mobile phase of chromatographic conditions,including Purospher star RP-C18 column (250 mm ×4.6 ram, 5 pan), is consisted of methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid solution ( 65: 35 ). The detection wavelength was at 337 nm and the temperature of the column was 25 ℃. Amentoflavone showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.038-0.342 μg,r =0. 9999. The recovery rate was 101.2% and RSD was 2.3%. The methods can be used accurately and quickly for the quality control of amentoflavone in Selaginella pulvinate.
