摘要
目的:研究冠心病患者血细胞流变行为改变的特点。方法:在高放大多投射显微镜下直接观察66例冠心病患者及60例正常对照者红细胞、白细胞和血小板等的流变行为;应用定量、半定量和定性相结合的方法,检测冠心病患者及正常对照者的红细胞聚集性、流动性,白细胞聚集性、活化性,血小板聚集性、活化性以及循环内皮细胞斑块的数量、大小。结果:冠心病患者红细胞聚集率,血小板聚集率、活化率和白细胞聚集率、活化率显著增高(P<0.05或P<0.01);循环内斑块增多(P<0.01)。结论:冠心病患者红细胞、白细胞、血小板的聚集性增高,红细胞的变形性降低,白细胞、血小板的活化性升高,即血细胞黏度增高;内皮细胞斑块增多,即血管损伤明显加重。
Objective To observe the changes of cell rheology in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods Using Bradford variable projection microscopy (BVPM) , and digital image process technic, we observed the rheological behavior of living blood cells of periphery blood in 66 patients with CHD. Results RBC aggregation rate, the aggregation and activation rate of platelet and WBC significantly raised, circulating endogenous plaque significantly increased. Conclusion There are significantly changs of the blood cell viscosity in patients with CHD.
