摘要 载脂蛋白E(apolipoprotein E,ApoE)是一种多态性蛋白,参与脂蛋白的转化与代谢过程,其基因可以调节许多生物学功能,与许多眼科疾病发病有关,对ApoE及其基因多态性的研究是目前医学研究的热点之一,探讨两者之间的内在联系,对眼病的预防、诊断及治疗具有重要的临床应用价值。 Apolipoprotein E possesses the most important biological characteristics. The research of ApoE gene polymorphism has become a hotspot in the medical field, especially in the eye diseases. To discuss the relationship between ApoE polymorphism and eye diseases will be helpful to the prevention and treatment of eye diseases.
