摘要 目的:探讨超声生物显微镜在眼外伤继发青光眼病情评估中的重要性。方法:对30例眼外伤同时伴有眼压升高的患者进行超声生物显微镜检查,并对检查结果进行客观记录。结果:将观察结果分为前房积血,房角形态异常,晶状体半脱位。30例患者中,单纯房角后退者5例,单纯房角形态异常者6例,前房积血伴房角形态异常(包括房角狭窄、房角关闭及房角后退)者11例,房角形态异常伴晶状体半脱位者3例,三者兼具者5例。结论:超声生物显微镜在眼外伤继发青光眼病情的评估中具有较高的应用价值,尤其对于眼外伤导致屈光间质混浊,临床医生在裂隙灯下无法准确观察前房病情的情况下,超声生物显微镜能够显示出其他仪器所不能替代的优势,对外伤性青光眼的准确诊断及临床治疗具有重要的指导意义。 AIM: To investigate the importance of ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) in evaluation of ocular injury glaucoma. METHODS: Thirty ocular injury patients with elevated IOP were examined, and the results were recorded objectively. RESULTS : The results were divided to anterior chamber hyphema, angle of anterior chamber paramorphia, and subluxation of lens. In these 30 patients, there were 5 patients with pure recession of anterior chamber angle, 6 patients with pure paramorphia of anterior chamber angle, 11 patients with anterior chamber hyphema and paramorohia of anterior chamber angle (include narrow anterior chamber angle, closed anterior chamber angle and recession of anterior chamber angle), 3 patients with paramorohia of anterior chamber angle and subluxation of lens, 5 patients with all. CONCLUSION: UBM is important in the evaluation of ocular injury glaucoma, especially when clinicians can't observe the anterior chamber through slit lamp because of muddy refracting media. UBM has the unique dominance and important significance in diagnosis and treatment of ocular injury glaucoma.
