Isolation and Identification of Cellulase-producing Fungi

利用以纤维素为唯一碳源的选择培养基，从齐市糖厂弃渣塘的土样中，分离到了一株纤维素分解能力很强的真菌（QCF3），根据形态特征，可鉴定为绿色木霉（Trichodermaviride）．

QCF3,a fungus from the soil sample in the pond placing sugar beet residue in Qiqihar Sugar Rofinery,is isolated on the selected medium using cellulose as the only carbon source. It is identified as Trichoderma viride according to its morphological characteristics.
