愈肾合剂对糖尿病肾病大鼠尿蛋白及肾脏细胞凋亡的影响

摘要 目的探讨愈肾合剂对糖尿病(DM)大鼠尿蛋白和肾脏细胞凋亡的影响。方法诱发糖尿病肾病(DN)模型大鼠,每日灌喂愈肾合剂,8w后收集24h尿液,测定尿白蛋白、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG),断头取血,测定空腹血糖(FPG),剖取肾脏,HE染色观察肾脏的形态学变化,用TUNEL法原位检测肾脏细胞凋亡。结果愈肾合剂能够减少肾脏细胞凋亡的数目,降低血FPG和24h尿白蛋白、β2-MG,改善肾脏形态改变。结论愈肾合剂能够抑制肾脏细胞的凋亡,降低尿蛋白,减轻肾脏损伤。
