超声检测孕囊大小对药物流产效果的影响

Evaluation of the effect of gestational sacs size on medical abortion efficacy by ultrasonography

目的探讨超声测量孕囊大小对药物流产效果的影响。方法经腹部超声检测110例需药物流产的孕妇,测量其孕囊大小。根据孕囊平均直径(D)分为3组:A组(0.5cm≤D<1.0cm)、B组(1.0cm≤D<1.5cm)和C组(1.5cm≤D<2.5cm)。各组均按医嘱分次服用米非司酮和米索前列醇,观察并分析各组服药后流产情况。结果A组、B组和C组的完全流产率分别为68.4%、90.0%和65.6%;各组间比较,B组高于A组和C组(P<0.05),A组与C组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同大小的孕囊,其药物流产效果不一,平均直径为1.0～1.5cm的孕囊行药物流产效果最佳。

Objective To investigate the effect of gestational sacs （GS） size on medical abortion efficacy by ultrasonography. Methods One hundred and ten pregnant women with different size of GS measured by ultrasonography were enrolled in this study. Then they were divided into 3 groups according to the average diameter of the GS, Group A （0.5 cm ≤ D 〈 1.0 cm ）, Group B （ 1.0 cm ≤ D 〈 1.5 cm） and Group C （1.5 cm ≤ D 〈 2.5 cm）. All the groups took the drugs of mifepristone and misoprotol as doctor＇s order. Then the efficacy of medical abortion were observed and analyzed. Results The complete abortion rate of Group B was 90.0 %, which was significant different compared with Group A （ the complete abortion rate was 68.4 % ） and Group C （ the complete abortion rate was 65.6 % ）, P 〈 0.05. The complete abortion rate was not significant different between Group A and Group C （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Different size of GS has different effect on medical abortion. The best efficacy of medical abortion is for GS with the average diameter of 1.0 cm to 1.5 cm.
