不同类型学校高中生网络使用情况的调查研究

Investigation on internet use among students in various senior high schools

目的调查上海市不同类型学校高中生互联网使用现况和网络成瘾的发生率。方法采用分层整群随机抽样，于2007年9～10月对上海市6个区、12所学校的3220名在读高中学生进行互联网使用情况问卷调查，并采用上海德瑞姆网络成瘾矫治研究中心编制的《DRM青少年因特网使用情况调查52量表》进行评分。量表采用5级评分，从耐受性、戒断反应、计划性、控制性、时间性、社会性和危害性7个层面，分析上海市不同类型学校高中生互联网使用的总体情况和学校间的差异。结果上海市青少年互联网使用率为94．89％，网络成瘾率为9．37％；男生比女生更倾向于网络成瘾（P〈0．01）；网络成瘾的发生率分别为职业高中〉普通高中〉重点高中（P〈0．01）。结论上海市高中生互联网使用率较高，应重视网络成瘾对青少年的不良影响，尤其在职业学校应加强宣教，及早矫治可能会减少网络成瘾的发生率。

Objective To investigate the condition of internet use and prevalence of internet addiction in various senior high schools in Shanghai. Methods From September 2007 to October 2007, a total of 3 220 students from 12 senior high schools of 6 districts of Shanghai were enrolled, and the questionnaire of ＂ DRM Adolescent Internet Use 52 Scale＂ was administered. A five-rank scoring system was adopted for scaling, and the general condition of internet use and the differences among various senior high schools were analysed from seven aspects of tolerance, withdrawl reaction, planning, control, timing, sociality and harm. Results The rate of internet use among the students of senior high schools was 94.89% , and the prevalence of internet addiction was 9.37%. Boys were more susceptible to internet addiction than girls （P 〈0.01 ）. Students from vocational senior schools had the highest risk of internet addiction, and the prevalence of ordinary senior schools was higher than that in key senior schools （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The usage of internet and prevalence of internet addiction in senior schools of Shanghai are relatively higher. Enough attention should be paid to the negative effects of internet addiction on adolescents. More health education should be conducted for the students at vocational schools for the prevention of internet addiction.
