肥胖男性患者血浆8异前列腺素F_(2α)与细胞黏附分子的关系

摘要 目的探讨男性单纯肥胖患者血浆8异前列腺素 F_(2α)水平与细胞黏附分子的关系。方法测定36例男性肥胖患者和30例健康非肥胖男性个体的血8异前列腺素 F_(2α)(8-iso-PGF_(2α)),可溶性细胞间黏附分子1(sICAM-1)和 E 选择索。结果肥胖患者体质量指数(BMI)、腰围/臀围(WHR)、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、血浆8-iso-PGF_(2α)、sICAM-1和E选择素均显著高于正常个体(P<0.05或 P<0.01)。男性肥胖组相关分析:8-iso-PGF_(2α)与 BMI、E 选择素和 HOMA-IR 呈正相关(相关系数分别为0.28,0.33,0.31,P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析:校正年龄和 BMI 后,偏相关分析显示,血浆8-iso-PGF_(2α)仍与 E 选择素呈正相关(r=0.265,P<0.05)。结论血浆8-iso-PGF_(2α)可能是男性单纯肥胖患者发生细胞黏附分子变化的重要因素之一。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the levels of 8-iso-prostaglandinF2α (8-iso- PGF2α ) and in obese men. Methods The levels of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM 1 ), E-selectin and 8-iso-PGF2α were measured in obese men and compared to normal controls. Results The body mass index (BMI), waist hip ratio (WHR), fast plasma insulin, homeostasis model assessment (HOMA IR), and levels of 8- iso-PGF2α , sICAM-1 and E-selectin were significantly higher in obese men than that in normal controls (P〈0.05). There was a significantly positive correlation between the level of 8-iso-PGF2α and BMI, E-selectin and HOMA-IR in obese men(r: 0.28, 0.33, 0.31, all P〈0.05). After adjustment for age and BMI(apartial correlation analysis show that 8-iso-PGF2α concentration in obese men was correlated with E-selectin(r=0. 265,P〈0.05). Conclusion The levels of 8-iso-PGF2α might play importment role in change of CAMs in obese men.
