荞麦秆栽培平菇研究简报

A Brief Report on the Studies of the Cultivating Pleurotus Ostreatus with Buckwheat Stalk

本文介述了用荞麦秆为原料，栽培平菇的研究试验过程。结果表明：荞麦秆栽培平菇的生物效率为８４．５％，经方差分析，与木屑对照差异不显著。荞麦秆可以作为栽培平菇的原料。

In this paper,the process of the research on cultivating ostreatus with buckwheat stalk as the raw material was introduced.The result shows that the biological efficiency of using buckwheat stalk to cultivate P.ostreatus was 84.5% and that there was no obvious difference between using wood scraps and buckwheat stalk to cultiveate P.ostreatus.So,buckwheat stalk can be used as the raw materials to cultivate P.ostreatus.
