考虑柱压降对流动相线速的影响，建立起考虑柱压降的气液分配色谱质量平衡模型，在此基础上导出色谱流出曲线的一级、二级及三级中心距的表达式，并通过实验加以验证．
In this paper taking into account the column pressure change effect and the speed of mobile phase, we set up the mass balance model of gas- liquid partition chromatography. On the base of this model, we derive the first sentre moment,the second centre moment and the third centre moment's maths' formula of the GC elution curve,which is proved by experiments.
