游泳运动后2型糖尿病鼠脂肪RBP4mRNA表达与胰岛素敏感性的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探索游泳运动后2型糖尿病大鼠脂肪组织RBP4mRNA表达与胰岛素敏感性的相关性。通过高糖高脂肪食物喂养结合小剂量链脲佐菌素注射的方法建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型,随机人为糖尿病对照组和糖尿病游泳运动组,给予8周游泳训练。健康雄性大鼠作为健康安静对照组。RT-PCR法、放射免疫法观察大鼠附睾脂肪组织RBP4mRNA表达、胰岛素敏感性的变化。结果:游泳运动组附睾脂肪组织RBP4mRNA表达显著下调,脂体比、空腹胰岛素明显降低,胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)增加;游泳运动组附睾脂肪组织RBP4mRNA表达与胰岛素敏感性呈负相关。结论:游泳运动能够通过下调2型糖尿病大鼠脂肪组织RBP4mRNA表达和减少脂体比,改善胰岛素敏感性。 Objective To investigate the correlation of RBP4mRNA expression of adipose tissue and insulin sensitivity for type 2 Diabetes rats after eight weeks swimming. Mathods Male type 2 Diabetes rats were established throuhg feeding with high carbohydrate diet with high fat and injecting low dose of streptozotocin. Rat models were randomly divided into control gruop and swimming group. Healthy without exercise rats were normal control group. RT-PCR and Radioimmunoassay method were applied to display the expression of RBP4mRNA of adipose tissue and insulin level. Results The expressions of RBP4mRNA of epididymal adipose in swimming group were significantly downregulated compare with control group. Insulin sensitivity in swimming group was increased significantly. Fat/bodymass in swimming group was declined significantly. There is negative correlation between RBP4mRNA expression and insulin sensitivity for type 2 Diabetes rats after eight weeks swimming. Conclusions Swimming could improve insulin sensitivity of type 2 Diabetes rats due to downregulation the expression of RBP4mRNA of adipose tissue and cutting down fat/bodymass.
