福建省高校学生健康现状与对策研究

Study on the Status Quo and Countermeasures for Students Health in Fujian College

为了了解福建省高校学生健康现状及其表现,通过问卷调查和个别访谈的方法,对福建省部分高校学生的生理健康、心理健康及网络依赖等问题进行调查和研究,分析和总结了高校学生中普遍存在的健康问题,提出了加强和改善高校体育教学、重视心理健康教育等对策。

In order to understand the health of college students in Fujian Province and its performance, by means of questionnaires and individual interviews, this paper conducts investigations and researchs on some college students＇ physical health, psychological health and network-dependent in Fujian Province, analyzes and summarizes the common college students health problems, puts forward countermeasures to strengthen and improve the university P. E forward attention to psychological health education.
