摘要
以攸县油茶和黄蛋红花茶的花粉为试验材料,研究了其花药内花粉数量、花粉离体培养萌发率及不同贮藏条件下的花粉活力。结果表明:攸县油茶和黄蛋红花茶的单花药花粉平均数量分别约为5 400粒与6 700粒;二者花粉均在5%蔗糖+0.01%硼酸+1%琼脂的培养基上萌发率最高,萌发率分别为70.9%与73.1%;在4℃冰箱、-20℃冰冻、室温和25℃干燥状态下贮藏1周,攸县油茶和黄蛋红花茶的萌发率分别为35%、2.1%、21.0%、27.5%和36.7%、13.3%、26.7%、21.5%。
Study on the pollen number of single-anther, pollen germination rate in vitro and vitality of Camellia yuhsienensis and C. huangdan under different storage conditions resulted that mean pollen number of single-anther of C. yuhsienensis and C. huangdan was about 5 400 and 6 700. Germination rate of both the two pollens topped in the culture medium of 5% sucrose + 0.01% boric acid + 1% agar, reaching 70.9% and 73.1% respectively. After dry storage at 4℃, -20℃, room temperature and 25℃ for a week, the germination rate of the two Camellias was 35%, 2.1%, 21.0%, 27.5%/36.7%, 13,3% and 26,7%, 21.5% respectively.
